Meniel Events & Consulting is a full-service Operations Business Management Consulting company, specializing in Organizational Administration, Meetings and Events.
We work with the CEOs and Executive Management teams to manage specific segments of a company’s business, project, event, operations and communications administration.

T.K. is an Operations Business Manager who works with CEO’s and Executive Management teams to manage specific segments of a company’s business to streamline processes to facilitate organizational growth. She possesses over 15 years of C-Level Administrative Management experience, combined with working in various arenas of the events industry for over 10 years. In addition to her experience, T.K. has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, as well as Certification in Event & Hospitality Management. This allows her the privilege to specialize in Organizational Administration, Meetings and Events.
PETER H. MENIEL
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is our Chief Financial Officer, where he manages the company’s finances and oversees the budget for every event and project. He comes to us with a Masters degree in Accounting and a career consisting of over 10 years of accounting and financial analyst experience, where he is responsible for managing accounts worth millions of dollars. He is dedicated to keeping your event within budget. Any client will be glad to have him on our team.
Catering & Events Manager
Jacqueline comes to Meniel Events & Consulting after years of creating non-profit events. She has worked on a variety of different fundraising events throughout her career. Her expertise in creating memorable evenings for donors, while keeping costs low is only part of what makes her so successful. With over 10 years of experience hosting events, Jacqueline decided to combine her event knowledge with her love of food and began catering events independently. She joins the team as our Catering & Events Manager.
We understand that every client is unique. That means every event is unique. During our initial complimentary consultation, we want to hear about what you envision for your event. You can also submit an event consulting inquiry using the form below.
After the consultation, we will develop a custom service plan and proposal to suit your needs. A sample of some of the services we provide are planning sessions, monthly meetings, timeline suggestions, event design/décor, contract review and vendor suggestions/recommendations.

Are you just getting started and not sure where to begin? Do you think that you don’t have it in your budget to hire an Event Planner?
We can get you on your way. A few hours of focused consultation service might be just what your event needs. Perhaps you need help securing the perfect venue, or guidelines to keep you on budget. We can help.
MONTH OF SERVICE
This is our event day management package.
You plan. We execute.
We will meet approximately 6 weeks before your event, where you will share your ideas and plans. We will take it from there and pull it all together.
A little more than the Month of Service. This is perfect for the “Do-It-Yourselfers” that want to be involved in the process. The partial service packages includes 40 hours of consulting services, 15 of these are used for pre-planning assisting (securing vendors, floor plans, setting up the budget, master schedule set-up, etc.) while the other 25 are generally used for the month/week of the event (rehearsal/set-up, day of execution, etc). Customized just for you, we help you as little or as much as you need.
This service includes everything you need – from conception to execution. Wouldn’t it be great to just show up looking great?! We make this a reality. When we say that we will take care of everything, we mean EVERYTHING. Events can be incredibly complex to orchestrate – lots of little details – choosing invitations, managing guest lists, menus, vendors, etc. During our initial in-depth consultation, you will provide us with your style and vision. After that, all you have to do is provide us with your budget, priorities and wish list. We take it from there.
Meniel Events & Consulting offers Monthly and Project Rate services that help reduce the stress of day-to-day tasks, while allowing you to focus on your business success.
Outsourcing also provides a number of financial benefits, including the costs for training, overhead and healthcare. We operate out of our own offices and use our own equipment.

We offer a complimentary initial consultation, available in person or via phone, Skype or FaceTime during which we evaluate your administrative needs and determine if our services are a good fit. This is also where we gather the information needed to deliver a custom proposal to you.
